Reservation and Cancellation
You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date.
In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking.
City tax
A city tourist tax of € 2.00 / day per person will be required.
The tax applies to a maximum of seven consecutive nights.
Children are exempt until the twelfth year of age.
check in /check out
The rooms are available from 15:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival.
The apartments are available from 16:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival.
The rooms and apartments must be vacated by 10:30 on the day of departure, in order to allow the cleaning and reception of new guests.
Cleaning of rooms and apartments
Rooms are cleaned every day from 10.00 to 12.30. Bed sheets and towels are changed every two/three days.
The cleaning of the apartments is done at the end of your stay. Trash removal and hob cleaning under guests’ responsibility. Bed linen and towels are provided, free change only for stays longer than 10 nights.
Breakfast
The buffet breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00 in our breakfast room.
In the summer time, breakfast is served in the garden, under the pergola.
Solarium
The solarium area is open from 9.30 to 19.00. Access to children under 14 is not allowed, unless accompanied by an adult.
